Poker Club and Unibet Plus details
While you play real money poker at Unibet, we give you VIP points - and your loyalty bonus depends on how many points you earn each week, from Monday to Sunday.  All you have to do is sign up and play real money poker at Unibet, and that’s it, you’re in the Poker Club, Unibet’s poker loyalty scheme.

 **SILVER TIER: The points earned in the week are doubled - if you earn 250 points, you get another 250 to spend in the Club Shop or tournaments.

*** UNIBET PLUS: For every 100 euros you rake, you get 10 euros in your Live Tournament Fund – rake 5000 euros in the calendar month and this doubles up to 20 euros!  You can spend your balance on any live tournament with a buy in of €1000 or more.  To spend your balance, just contact your account manager or customer service.

If you qualify for cash, you’ll get your rake back for the previous week automatically every Monday, but if you really can’t wait, if you’ve achieved Gold tier or above, you can change your VIP points for cash at any time!  Just press the ‘Poker Club’ button in the poker software and follow the steps.

How do I earn VIP points?
You earn VIP points as you play real money poker in cash games or tournaments.  For every US dollar you generate in rake or tournament fees, you earn 10 VIP points.

What can I do with my VIP Points?
Your VIP Points can be used to:
•    Buy into our online tournaments - Every VIP point spent on tournaments and in the shop is worth 0.005 USD (half a USD cent)
•    Purchase merchandise in the Club Shop - available within the software, click the ‘Shop’ button!
•    Exchange for cash - at Gold tier or above

How do I check my loyalty status?
Click the ‘Poker Club’ button at the bottom of the poker software and you will see your loyalty page where you can exchange your cashable VIP points, see your progress, check your statements and find more information about your loyalty status.

FAQ

Where can I see my VIP points balance?
You can see your VIP points balance in top right of the poker software under ‘balances’.  You can also see them and follow your progress by clicking the ‘Poker Club’ button in the poker software.

How do I get my rakeback?
If you’re Gold tier or above, your rakeback will be paid early every Monday as your points will be redeemed automatically, although you can also change them at any time yourself – just click the ‘Poker Club’ button in the software and follow the instructions. 
 
Can my VIP points expire?
Your VIP points will expire automatically 180 days’ after you earned your last VIP point.

Why can I not redeem all my VIP Points for cash?
You can only redeem the Tier Loyalty Points earned from the moment you reach Gold tier or above, during that particular accumulation period (Monday to Sunday). Any Bonus Loyalty Points you have been given will not be redeemable for cash. 

When I redeem my points, does this affect moving up or down in tiers?
No, redeeming your points does not affect your tier placement or movement.

How many points will be consumed when I convert to cash?
For every US dollar you get in cash bonus, 33 VIP points will be redeemed.  You need a minimum of 33 VIP cashable points to redeem cash. The value will be converted to Euros at the current rate of the day the payment is made to your account.

Where can I see my Unibet Plus balance?
You can see your Unibet Plus balance in the poker client > My Page > Bonus tab.

What do I have to do to use my Unibet Plus tournament funds?
Once you have accumulated your full tournament buy-in (minimum €1000) you will need to contact us. Your tournament funds will be converted once you’ve provided us with proof of participation (receipt from casino or print screen of tournament participation list, including date, online).

Can I lose my Unibet Plus balance?
Your Unibet Plus balance will expire automatically after 180 days’ poker account inactivity.
